I’m Noor Janssen, founder of Lingestein Support.
With over 25 years of experience in business management support, sales and HR, I understand how important it is to have the day-to-day side of your business properly organised. Not only to maintain clarity and control, but especially to create space for the things that move your business forward.
I support entrepreneurs and organisations with structure, clarity and practical support. I look beyond the task at hand: I think proactively, identify opportunities for improvement and make sure things keep moving.
A name with a story.
Lingestein was the name of my father’s childhood home. The house is still there, but it is no longer owned by the family. Fortunately, the original sign bearing the name was preserved and now hangs on our house.
To me, Lingestein represents foundation: who I am, where I come from and what I build on.
That is also the idea behind Lingestein Support.
I want to help entrepreneurs create a strong foundation in their business operations, sales and HR — a foundation they can build on today and that creates room for tomorrow’s growth.
